Sellers retain copyrights over notes that are submitted and sold to us. We do retain the right to reject notes sent on the basis of poor quality and lack of size. We hold the right to change payment schedule at any time and require no notice in doing so. If you would like your notes removed from our site then we require 90 days notice and a full written explanation as to why you would like your notes removed. In addition, on request to remove your notes, your access to the Seller Portal will be revoked and all payments held. Revision notes that are on the public domain or other websites are strictly forbidden and will be removed from our site. Our seller fees are fixed and set by us; they cannot be individually adjusted or changed in any way. Our payment schedule is also fixed and set by us an cannot be individually adjusted or changed in any way. No exceptions to the payment schedule or seller fees will be made. The seller fees and payment schedule are laid out in our FAQ and is legally binding and setting. All content laid out in the FAQ stands as an extension to these terms and you agree that by continuing to use our website and our services you agree to this. Sales made in the Lent Term and over the Easter holiday will be paid out on the 3rd May.
